Garlic dip I made for the Gorman family Christmas Party. It was with roasted garlic, ricotta, and pepper basically, serve with veggie sticks. I used zucchini. I thought the dip was a little blah, so I added some olive oil and more garlic and some salt. Apparently it got a little too garlicky for some. If I did this again I wouldn't use ricotta, I guess I just don't like the texture, I wanted something a little more creamy. But I got a chance to use my cool retro Pyrex split bowl, so that was great.
