Menu Plan for this Week

Here is my menu plan for the week. We're trying to get better about doing this, and actually sticking to the plan. The idea is to do simple stuff so we don't get too tired to cook and end up going out to eat. That is what used to happen, but that is not in our budget plan anymore, let's see how this week goes!

Breakfasts- Oatmeal, Eggs, Breakfast Quinoa, Yogurt
Lunches- Big green salads with beans, tuna and/or leftovers
Snacks- chips & salsa, cucumbers with humus, almonds, popcorn

Monday- Roasted Chicken with Roasted Veggies and Rice
Tuesday- Pasta with tomato sauce, salad and bread
Wednesday- Burritos (with some left over chicken from Monday)
Thursday-  Chicken Soup (with the rest of the leftover chicken) and bread. Going to do something sort of like Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup, only probably substituting the orzo for something else like rice maybe, since I don't have any orzo 
Friday- Creamy Avacado Pasta with Brussels Sprouts
Saturday- Vegetarian Chili, will probably loosely use this recipe from Martha Stewart 
Sunday- Leftovers
