
I just prepped a bunch of stuff for slow cooker chicken and when I was done I was hungry! My breakfast/lunch (brunch, if you will) consisting of two slices of bread and a big salad did not cut it. I needed something fast and delicious. Can of Veggie broth + instant miso + frozen gyoza = yum. Simple, easy, and when you live near a great asian market like I do, pretty much items that are always on hand. Dinner should be fabulous though. Chicken with potatoes, carrots, onion, and lots of garlic. I can't wait. I love my crock pot!
